You have just witnessed the life cycle of a Union.
When it comes time for the Labor Unions to negotiate, they meet with the politicians. The Democrats happily give them everything they ask for; higher salaries, free health care, robust pension plans, earlier retirement ages…and why not, it’s not their money, it’s your money. It’s so easy to spend other people’s money!
When it comes time for re-election, the Unions happily reach into their vast war chest of millions of dollars from forced Union dues and buy commercials and air time and attack ads to make sure the politicians who give them all the goodies get to stay in office.
They show up in buses, wearing the same color shirts, holding professionally printed signs, singing chants they were instructed to sing, dragging out kids and the elderly or whatever’s needed to make you feel bad…and all of this is professionally choreographed like a Broadway performance for the news cameras by the Union Leadership.
And this cycle repeats over and over and over again.
Labor Unions: A a well oiled, well-funded, well-organized, Democracy-Busting machine.
It’s a disgusting, abusive, putrid, fraudulent relationship that rapes the taxpayer year after year and has gone on for so long that Union members have a sense of hubris so immune to fear that they openly threaten politicians who don’t, or won’t, give them what they want.

Notice the clapping in the background. This is real. These people are for real. It’s not about healthcare or your kids or education or fire fighting or policing or whatever Union is using these strong-arm tactics. It’s only about one thing……your money.
