You can’t drive a car without permission from the government. If you do you will be fined. If you refuse to pay the fine and drive without permission, you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.

If you fail to pay them, they will put a lien on your property that includes the unpaid taxes, interest, penalties and costs resulting from the delinquency. The Government tax collector can then sell your home to pay the delinquency and evict you. If you resist eviction you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.
If you remove your kids from a government sanctioned school, or will not submit to government oversight for home schooling, you will be fined. If you don’t pay the fine and continue your subversive behavior you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.
If you don’t buy government approved health insurance you will be taxed and if you don’t pay the tax you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.
Depending on your salary, you are 10%, 12%, 22%, 24%, 32%, 35% or 37% enslaved to the government and must pay them that amount out of every paycheck. If you fail to pay the government, you will be fined. If you refuse to pay the taxes and the fine you will be arrested. If you resist being arrested you will be killed.
You cannot use medicine or drugs to alleviate you, or your children’s pain, or attempt to cure an ailment that has not been approved by the government. If you try to use such products, you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.
You cannot agree, of your own free will, to participate in a surgical or medical procedure to save your own life, or your children’s life, without the approval of the government. If you do participate, you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.
You cannot participate in the use of recreational drugs that harm no one but yourself for any reason. If you do the government will arrest you. If you resist arrest, you will be killed.
If you attempt to perform a service that requires a government sanctioned license, you will be fined. If you continue to practice your service and do not pay the fine, you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.
You cannot start a business without government’s permission. If you attempt to do so you will be fined. If you continue to do business without permission and do not pay the fine you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.
You cannot save or invest your money in any bank or investment that is not approved by the government. If you do so you will be fined. If you refuse to pay the fine you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed.
If you engage in a pre-crime (a temporal paradox that suggests simultaneously that a crime has not occurred and that the crime that has not occurred is a foregone conclusion – speeding for example, but no accident), you will be fined. If you refuse to pay the fine, or continue the activity, you will be arrested. If you resist arrest you will be killed (for a crime you never committed).
You are not free. This is not the land of the free. And it’s getting worse.
